Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SIRV)

The Special Investor Resident Visa (SIRV) entitles the holder to reside in the Philippines. Initially, investors obtain a probationary residence, which will be converted to a Philippines permanent residency (indefinite), permitting multiple entry privileges so long as the investments remain in the Philippines.

The ASRV is a special permanent residency visa acquired by becoming a member of the Aurora Special Economic Zone (APECO), a regional development project established by the national government and provincial authorities as per Republic Act No. 9460 and Republic Act 10083.

A requisite to this visa is the Alien Employment Permit (AEP), issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The 13(a) Immigrant Visa by Marriage is issued to foreign nationals who have contracted a valid marriage, recognized by Philippine laws, with a Filipino citizen. The petitioner of the visa should be the Filipino spouse.

Student Visa (9F)
